Ingredients that you layer into the jar
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon baking soda
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 and 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cups granulated sugar
1 cups light-brown sugar, packed
Ingredients that the recipient provides:
3/4 cups butter room temperature
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Heat oven to 350 degree F. Empty the dry ingredients from the mason jar to a large mixing bowl.
Add wet ingredients and mix well.
For each cookie, drop well rounded tablespoon of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing to prevent the cookies from running together.
Bake in 350 degree F oven 13 to 15 minutes
Remove cookies to wire or wooden rack to cool.
