Quick Recipe: Pecan Caramel Rolls 

Prep Time: 20 min. Cook Time: 20 min Yields: 9 Servings 

Ingredients Amount
Refrigerated Pizza Crust 1 Package (13.8 oz)
Very Soft Butter 5 Tablespoons
Brown Sugar 3/4 Cup
Ground Cinnamon 1 Tablespoons
Light Corn Syrup 2 Tablespoons
Water 2 Teaspoons
Chopped Pecans 1/2 Cup

 

Directions: 

1) Press or roll pizza crust to 12 x 8 inch rectangle. Brush with 2 tablespoons of butter and sprinkle with 1/4 of a cup of brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough starting from long side into a long cube. Cut into 9 spirals. 

2) Combine remaining 3 tablespoons of butter and 1/2 cup and brown sugar with corn syrup and water. Spread into lightly greased 8 or 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with pecans. 

3) Place rolls cut-side in prepped pan. Bake in 375°F oven 20 - 22 min. or until browned. Cool 1 min., then loosen and turn onto serving plate. Serve warm.
