Unlike many dried fruit that lose their moisture throughout the drying process, sundried tomatoes retain some of its water and have a soft and moist texture. They can be used in any recipe that calls for tomatoes. They’re great in salads, perfect for pizza toppings, and enhancing the flavor of any pasta. The biggest advantage is they dont lose any nutritional value while being dried in the sunlight.
This is the second time I have ordered the diced sun-dried tomatoes. I really like them! The flavor is rich without being overpowering. I have added them to numerous cooked dishes because they add a subtle flavor and enhance the taste. I also enjoy them in a salad. Please don't change a thing and don't stop offering them!
