Chopped pecans are a great way to add pecans into anything your imagination can create. Take your cookies, muffins and cinnamon rolls to a new level, or discover a crispy new texture when added to fish and poultry. We love sprinkling them on chocolate frosted donuts and cupcakes.

Nutrition Tips: Pecans can be a great addition to your diet since pecans boast an array of beneficial properties that can keep the normal function of your body. Pecans contain different forms of the antioxidant vitamin E (tocopherols) plus phenolic substances which have antioxidant abilities.
